Tragic news breaks today in Elmaton, Texas as a Matagorda County high school student committed suicide during classes. The high school is on lockdown as investigators enter the scene.
The student whose name has not yet been released, apparently was suffering from depression recently. She had asked to be excused from class to use the restroom and when she did not return, the class’s teacher asked another student to look for her. The girl was found dead in the bathroom from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
It’s unknown where the gun was sourced and how the girl was able to smuggle it into the school. Counselors have been deployed to the school to help the students who are dealing with their fellow classmate’s suicide. Classes are canceled and the campus is indeed locked down but parents can pick up their children.

Apparently an HPD officer caught the coach of Special Olympics athletes engaged in an inappropriate act with who turned out to be one of the mentally challenged women he has been “coaching”. His name is Johnny G. Villalobos, 65 years of age, and he’s scheduled to be in court today. Authorities have charged him with sexually assaulting the woman they found him in a car with.
After talking with the police, he’s said that the physical acts had been going on for some time. As he put it; “numerous sexual encounters”. Villalobos has a job as a teacher’s aide with the Aldine Independent School Disctrict (AISD). This does not seem to be a good situation, at all.
What will we be watching for is to see what Villalobos’ defense (if any at all) will be early on, and if that will change depending on the charges and possible sentencing. I’m withholding major judgment because this is very early on and I do not have all the facts, nor has anyone heard from what the supposed victim has to say.
If there have been crimes committed, I feel very deeply for the woman who was taken advantage of - but we all will wait to for the circumstances surrounding their possibly highly inappropriate, possibly very unwanted relationship was.

In what is not much of a surprise anymore, there’s a crazy/violent person barricaded in their apartment in… you guessed it… SOUTHWEST Houston. I don’t know exactly where this apartment complex is or why the man’s avoiding authorities but apparently the guy’s not wanting a warrant served against him. When the cops tried to arrest him, he put a gun to his head and went back into his unit.
I’m taking bets that he’s a NOLA. Who wants in? (just kidding)
