Something isn’t right with this picture; can you tell me what it is?

Yeeeaaahhh that bus is running a red light at an intersection equipped with red light cameras. Not good, not good at all. I guess what the city might have failed to think about before going after citizens who run intersections is that these cameras have no bias and will capture an image of anyone illegally running a stop. This includes officers, school vehicles, and more.
I’m not saying the entire HPD force and every bus driver is running red lights, but it’s a bit weird to see the people who are supposed to be our city’s most qualified drivers out there going right through red lights. Hopefully this will lead to better driving and more awareness when on the road.
p.s. - the images are made public via the Public Information Act.

There’s going to be some major construction on 45-S with all southbound lanes closed intermittently through the weekend, starting Friday. Don’t head south on 45 if you plan to check out Galveston, it’ll be a nightmare with traffic.

I was listening to the Roula and Ryan morning radio show on KRBE this morning and it was a rather enjoyable edition. The staff had their Moms in the studio due to Mother’s Day coming up this weekend and one of the topics was remembering places in Houston that aren’t around anymore.
I’m a nut for nostalgia so of course my interested was sparked; particularly when Astroworld came up. I had never been able to attend Astroworld due to my not being in TX during its prime years, but I’ve heard so many of my native Houstonians friends speak highly of it and how it truly was a major H-Town landmark.
Ryan Chase said he looked up some Astroworld sites through Google and came up with a ton of fan sites with old photos, etc. So, I went ahead and did the same and read some fantastic content about the park’s history, ownerships, and what might happen with the land now.
Here are the best site I found regarding Astroworld, the park that almost everyone loved so much.
