In 1994, two innocent females were sexually assaulted at Memorial Park in Pasadena, TX outside of Houston.

The case was cold and unsolved for 13 years but thanks to new DNA evidence, a database match was made and their suspect identified. Roger Dale Brown is accused of the crimes and was arrested in Abilene, TX.

He’s currently in Harris County as of Tuesday.
