Te House of Tea - the perfect spot
April 15th, 2007I’m sipping my iced green tea here at Te House of Tea by the corner of Woodhead St. and Fairview near Montrose; and it’s heaven. Te’s a new venture for me, as I’ve never been here but the trip was most definitely worth it. With the best of classic reggae music so subtly flowing through the tea-scented air here, it’s the perfect spot to crack open our laptop and make use of the free WiFi.
Time to order more awesomeness on ice…
Okay I’m back… *sip* oh yes, it’s the good life here at Te. Although parking could be more accommodating, that’s no different than anywhere else in the area. You could look at the parking issue as I did and feel extra accomplished knowing you snagged the last available spot just in time, followed by a mental self-congratulatory celebration. Yes I’m a nerd at times, I know this.
When you find yourself cruising down Westheimer at any time of day throughout the week, take out an hour or two and settle at Te House of Tea to enjoy a hot or cold brew with one of their uber good in-house pastry creations.
p.s. - Seriously, try this tea house out, you’ll love it.
